Society of Nepali Engineers in Victoria (SNEVic) is a professional organization supporting Nepali Engineers in Australia. SNEVic is launching a four-month pilot Mentorship Program connecting experienced engineering professionals with early to mid-career Nepali Engineers in Victoria through structured mentorship relationships. The program employs a hybrid format with minimum monthly one-on-one sessions, halfway progress check-ins, and end-of-program evaluations. The objectives of the program include accelerating career advancement, developing competency in Australian engineering standards, facilitating Engineers Australia membership pathways, and strengthening leadership skills within the community.
